Read this before you start.Neura Rehab & Performance provides exercise rehabilitation and strength coaching. The programs, exercises, videos and guidance in this app are education and coaching tailored to you. They are not a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or an emergency service.

This is not a substitute for medical advice

Our guidance does not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional. Do not ignore or delay medical advice because of something in this app. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or have symptoms that have not been assessed, talk to your GP or specialist before you start.

Exercise at your own pace

Exercise carries some risk. Work within your limits and follow the way an exercise has been set for you. Some muscle soreness during or after training is normal. Sharp, severe or worsening pain is not.

Stop and get help

Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience:

  • Chest pain, breathlessness, or a racing or irregular heartbeat.
  • Severe or worsening pain.
  • Numbness, pins and needles, or weakness, especially down an arm or leg.
  • Loss of bladder or bowel control.
  • Dizziness, faintness, or feeling unwell.
  • Any symptom that worries you.

In an emergency, call 000.

Your responsibility

By using this app you acknowledge that you take part in the exercises voluntarily and at your own risk, having regard to your own health, and that you will get medical clearance where you need it. If anything is unclear, ask Matt before you continue at matt@neurarehab.com.au.
